If you find the same branded product cheaper elsewhere then we will be happy to match the price.

The product being price matched must be brand new with identical specification from same manufacturer.
Our Price Guarantee is only applicable against any valid competitor to COLQUHOUN’S including UK websites.
Our Price Guarantee does not extend to matching prices on auction sites, market stalls, private sales or liquidation sales.
The Product being matched must be in stock at our competitor and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
COLQUHOUN’S must be able to verify the current offer with the competitor.
All Price Guarantee transactions are at the discretion of COLQUHOUN’S.
COLQUHOUN’S reserves the right to withdraw the Price Guarantee at any time.
DELIVERY METHODS & CHARGES –
· All Orders will be sent via a 48 Hour Signed For Service – this means 48 hours from the date of dispatch and not the date of order. (Restricted to UK Mainland only, other areas are on 3-5 day service). Please note that a signature will be required on delivery of the goods. Orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday/Tuesday unless additional cost of Saturday delivery has been agreed.
· If you wish you can leave special delivery instructions when you go through the checkout process. If you do not leave any special instructions and you are out when the courier arrives they will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or how to collect in person. If you request that goods are left in a certain place ie. “…leave package at back door..” – this is at your own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for stolen goods if they have not been signed for.
· Please carefully check the package for damage, tampering or shortages before signing the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit if you have signed for the goods.
· We carry stock of many products and these are dispatched either on the same day or on the following day. However at Colquhoun’s we offer a huge choice of special products and for this reason cannot always stock every product. When you place your order we will notify you by email of the expected lead time within 24 hours.
· If your order contains a mix of products they will be dispatched together in one consignment. The dispatch date will be determined by the product with the longest delivery schedule. When you place your order we will notify you by email of the expected lead time within 24 hours.
· We despatch orders on weekdays only, excluding UK bank holidays. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email when you place your order. Then when it is despatched you can expect an email providing you with dispatch information.

· If we have despatched your order and our couriers have attempted delivery they will leave a card explaining how and where you can arrange to collect your order. Please arrange to do this as soon as possible as otherwise your parcel will be returned to ourselves and a second delivery charge will apply.

General Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy
We offer many of our products on a sale or return basis. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer to either replace them or offer a full refund, provided they are in saleable condition.
We cannot refund or exchange products returned more than 30 days after purchase, or if the goods are out-with their original packaging. Goods that have been specially manufactured cannot be returned – you will be advised of this when you place your order. Handling charges may apply to goods being returned.
Refunds for returned goods will generally be made within 15 working days.
Inspection of your goods upon arrival for defects is essential. Defects will have to be reported to us within 48 hours. We will cover the carriage costs on any defective items, however should you simply not like the item and wish to return or exchange it, the standard carriage charge and handling charge will apply on delivery and return.
Although we always try to provide an accurate delivery date for your goods, we know that sometimes things can be delayed by matters out-with our control. For this reason we cannot be held responsible for late arrival of goods and recommend that you organise installations when your order arrives
We reserve the right to alter delivery dates at short notice. We will usually quote a specific date for delivery but it is impossible to quote an exact time on that day in advance. If you call your sales advisor on the morning/evening before delivery is due they should be able to quote an am or pm delivery.
Delivery timescales – Anticipated delivery timescales vary for different products. It is possible that on occasion we may deliver sooner than these timescales suggest, however we have no desire to raise false hopes with valued customers. NB.Certain bespoke products will have delivery timescales of +4 weeks due to the personalised nature of the products involved.
