If you do not leave any special instructions and you haven&#8217;t opted out online, a safe place can be identified by the courier, where &#8220;Proof of delivery&#8221; image will be sent to you via email, the courier will also post a card informing you of their decision. After we receive POD this is deemed &#8221; a perfect delivery&#8221; and we will not accept responsibility from that point on. If you request that goods are left in a certain safe place ie. \u201c\u2026leave package at back door..\u201d \u2013 this is at your own risk and if there is any suspicion of theft we would need a police incident number before progressing any further.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Please carefully check the package for damage, tampering or shortages before signing the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit if you have signed for the goods.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Delivery for small orders less than \u00a325 will be sent in the post at a reduced rate of \u00a34.95 to cover packing and admin costs.
