\n1. Clamp series jig to frame. The 3,5 mm clearance on the hinge side is considered in the drilling jig.
\n2. Drill holes for frame parts with \u00d8 7,2 mm drill bit.
\n3. Rout slots with \u00d8 12,0 mm cutter (\u00d8 30,0 mm collar ring).
\n4. Insert clamping blocks.
\n5. Insert frame parts and fasten with Allen screw.<\/p>\n
