Adjust drilling jig. Once in position, clamp drilling jig to steel frame. The 3,5 mm clearance on the hinge side is considered in the jig.<br \/>\n2. Pre-drill steel frame with \u00d8 6,5 mm, remove jig and rebore with \u00d8 12,1 mm.<br \/>\n3. Scrape out a lateral shoulder in the drilled hole, to create room for the blind rivet nut M10.<br \/>\n4. Fit a blind rivet nut M10 with blind rivet tongs M10, pressing the tongs firmly against the frame.<br \/>\n5. Place iron washer on frame pin and screw in until force-locked.<br \/>\n6.
