Fasten lower frame part to frame.<br \/>\n2. Insert drilling jig into the mounted frame part and align vertically.<br \/>\n3. Pre-drill steel frame with \u00d8 6.8 mm, remove drilling jig and redrill with \u00d8 12.1 mm drill bit.<br \/>\n4. Scrape out a lateral shoulder within the drilled hole, to create room for the blind rivet nut M10.<br \/>\n5. Fit a blind rivet nut M10 with blind rivet tongs M10.<br \/>\n6. Place iron washer on frame pin and screw in until force-locked.<br \/>\n7. Insert bushings into existing door parts.<br \/>\n8. Install glass door element and insert hinge pin.<br \/>\n9. Screw pin screw into hinge pin.<br \/>\nThe following applies to drilling jig VARIANT VG 4400 UB:<br \/>\n1. Fasten lower hinge part to frame.<br \/>\n2. Insert drilling jig into the mounted frame part and align vertically.<br \/>\n3. Drill \u00d8 6.8 mm holes.<br \/>\n4. Screw in upper frame part.<br \/>\n5. Insert bushings into existing door parts.<br \/>\n6. Install glass door element and insert hinge pin.<br \/>\n7.
