Blind rivet tongs M 10

Fitting instructions
1. Close tongs completely.
2. Set threaded sleeve with scale to “zero” (red marking line = zero position).
3. Set threaded sleeve with scale to the recommended stroke (see nut packaging). Tighten threaded sleeve firmly with counternut.
4. Open tongs completely. Pull out drill spindle down to the stop.
5. Press the blind rivet nut M10, head side up, onto the threaded mandrel and hold in place. Then insert the drill spindle; this will screw the blind rivet nut M10 onto the threaded mandrel. Caution: The nut must be fully screwed on.
6. Insert the screwed-on blind rivet nut M10 into the drill hole in the frame up to the end stop (rectangular).
7. Press the tongs together! Riveting has been completed and the blind rivet nut M10 is fixed.
8. Pulling the drill spindle out disengages the threaded mandrel from the secured blind rivet nut M10.
