Serial drilling jig VARIANT VN 3700/160

Description

Fitting instructions
1. Position drilling jig to corresponding door part. The 3,5 mm clearance on the hinge side is considered in the jig.
2. Position stop tube for right- or left hand.
3. Pre-drill steel frame with Ø 6,5 mm, remove jig and redrill with Ø 12,1 mm.
4. Scrape out a lateral shoulder within the drilled hole, to create room for the blind rivet nut M10.
5. Fit a blind rivet nut M10 with blind rivet tongs M10.
6. Place iron washer on frame pin and screw in until force-locked.
7. Hang door.
