Fitting instructions
1. Adjust drilling jig. Once in position, clamp drilling jig to steel frame. The 3,5 mm clearance on the hinge side is considered in the jig.
2. Pre-drill steel frame with Ø 6,5 mm, remove jig and rebore with Ø 12,1 mm.
3. Scrape out a lateral shoulder in the drilled hole, to create room for the blind rivet nut M10.
4. Fit a blind rivet nut M10 with blind rivet tongs M10, pressing the tongs firmly against the frame.
5. Place iron washer on frame pin and screw in until force-locked.
6. Hang door.
