Description

Fitting instructions
1. Fasten the rebate stop to routing jig BAKA Protect 4000 door.
2. Clamp routing jig onto door leaf, insert routing template and rout first slot with cutter Ø 20,0 mm (collar ring Ø 30,0 mm).
3. Mount the spacer on the drilling/routing jig BAKA Protect 4000 frame.
4. Clamp drilling/routing jig on the workpiece. The clearance on the hinge side, depending on the side stop, is considered in the jig.
5. Drill frame holes with Ø 6,0 mm drill bit.
6. Rout slots with with cutter Ø 20,0 mm (collar ring Ø 30,0 mm).
7. Insert receiver and lock in place with fastening pins.
