Fitting instructions
1. Align new door leaf with mounted hinge door part in existing steel frame. The 3,5 mm clearance on the hinge side is considered in the drilling jig.
2. Pre-drill frame with Ø 4,5 mm, remove jig and redrill with Ø 12,1 mm.
3. Scrape out a lateral shoulder in the drilled hole, to create room for the blind rivet nut M10.
4. Fit a blind rivet nut M10 with blind rivet tongs M10, pressing the tongs firmly against the frame.
5. Place iron washer on frame pin and screw in until force-locked.
6. Hang door.
