Description
Fitting instructions
1. Clamp series jig to frame. The 3,5 mm clearance on the hinge side is considered in the drilling jig.
2. Drill holes for frame parts with Ø 7,2 mm drill bit.
3. Rout slots with Ø 12,0 mm cutter (Ø 30,0 mm collar ring).
4. Insert clamping blocks.
5. Insert frame parts and fasten with Allen screw.

1 x fitting instruction
Note
Please indicate frame-line width when ordering drilling jig.
This series jig is pre-set to standard measurements according to German Standard 18101.
To mount VN 3938/160, VN 3948/160, VN 3938/160 FD, please request special jigs.
