This stunning Arts & Crafts pressed brass knob is an exact replica of an early 20th Century original. This product is a meticulous recreation of an original, authentic period piece. In the late 19th and early 20th Century, production of this type of product was brought to an abrupt halt with the onset of WW1, when almost all manufacturing was re-purposed towards the war effort. This, and the tragic loss of so many skilled workers on the battlefield, meant that the continuation of these designs were completely lost. We are delighted to re-introduce this beautiful product back to the market.
